RSVP as soon as possible. We will be expecting these by 02/07/26
Everyone who is invited to the wedding will be on the RSVP list. Unless stated otherwise by the bride and groom.
The ceremony and some events will be outside as long as the weather permits. Reception will take place indoors.
We want everyone to be present for our big day. We ask that you silence your phones and enjoy our big day we have planned. We have photographers to capture all of our special moments.
Please arrive in Sunday best. Recommend wearing clothing suited to the weather. (Hot/Cold)
We encourage everyone to arrive within an hour before the ceremony begins. We advise everyone to be seated 15 minutes before the ceremony begins at 6:00 pm.
There will be NO children under the age of 13 at the wedding. Get your favorite babysitter as we want to celebrate our big day with you and let loose on the big day.
Uhm yes? Have you met our family? It will be a BYOB event. 4 Kegs will be provided for the party. We have no issues with hard liquor… BUT!! If you plan on bringing ANY alcohol it must be dropped off with the bride and groom 1 week prior to the wedding date. The venue will have security and bartenders during the night so please drink responsibly.
There is plenty of parking. Although if you plan on partying like it’s the 80’s… vehicles are not to be left overnight at the wedding venue. We encourage to have a “DD” or uber to and from the wedding venue if you won’t be physically able to drive.
Catering service will be provided. It will not be a self served dinner. It will be a buffet style dinner. Please message bride and groom to inform of any diet or allergy restrictions.
Guests will be escorted to the reception area. Clay, Ashlynn, and the wedding party will take photos, then join guests for the reception. We will all enjoy our meals, dance and even have a cornhole tournament, so bring your throwing arm!
The reception will take place roughly 45 minutes after the ceremony. Reception will last until roughly 11pm that night Be sure you have room and travel arrangements before the wedding day!
We will say over and over... BE SURE TO HAVE HOTEL ARRANGEMENTS! We have recommended hotels in the Brenham area, as the ones listed are the closest to the wedding address. If riding with someone, Uber is in the area if your ride leaves early and you wish to stay longer.
Flasks, Artics, or yeti style cups are not allowed at the wedding venue. Cups will be provided during cocktail hour and reception.
Water, teas, and sodas will be provided for those that cannot or will not drink during the wedding day.
