What happens if I miss the booking deadline?

Answer

That’s ok, it happens. Please still book your room through our booking website and we will work on confirming the room for you, however, inventory and group rates will be subject to availability.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly book your stay and RSVP "yes" or "no" on or before November 16, 2024 so we can have an accurate headcount. If you cannot make it, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can keep planning accordingly.

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

Yes, we do have a gift registry. But your presence at our wedding is the best gift we could ask for so we only ask that you bring yourselves and get ready to party in paradise. If you do want to get us a gift we kindly ask you to have it shipped to our home. Please don't bring any gifts to Mexico with you.

What is all-inclusive?

Answer

All-inclusive includes all of your meals, snacks, soda, coffee, tea, water, beer, wine, cocktails, mixed drinks, in room mini-bar and 24-hour room service, free wifi, non-motorized water sports and entertainment.

What activities are included at the resort?

Answer

There are plenty of activities to keep you busy at the resort, included are nightly shows, tennis courts, snorkeling, and many more (all included with your stay). For those wanting a more relaxing experience, there are plenty of pools and beach space

You can download the GA DoradoRoyale app that will keep you in the know! Please note the app doesn't have full functionality until after check in.

Can I use American money in Mexico?

Answer

Yes! we recommend bringing small bills ($1) to tip bartenders and servers if you are experiencing good service. Tipping is not mandatory, however, we have found if we tip, we tend to receive drinks and slightly faster service with smiles. Make sure you call your bank before you leave and let them know you will be in Mexico in case you need to purchase anything with credit/debit cards.
