We love your kids—we really do!! But we have limited capacity at our wedding venue, and we want our wedding to be your night off! We kindly ask you to make arrangements to have them stay with someone you love and trust so you can enjoy our wedding!

COVID-19 Concerns

UPDATE: We will be following all COVID regulations for the county. Masks need to be worn at all times while indoors, except when eating or drinking. For those that are unable to attend, we will provide a zoom link to view our wedding ceremony, as well as first dances.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Our wedding in Estes Park is in the mountains of Colorado, at an altitude of 7,522'. The weather can range from 40-60 degrees during the day, and can drop below 30 at night. Please bring several layers to keep warm!

Is the wedding outside or inside?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on the top deck of our venue, but the reception will be inside, one level down.

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Unfortunately, our venue does not offer room blocks. However, all housing is on-site and there is plenty to host all of our guests - and you get a 5% discount if you mention our wedding during booking.

Should I rent a car?

Answer

We are providing a shuttle to and from the Denver Airport from our venue. However, if you want to explore Colorado outside of our wedding, we suggest renting a car.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We have limited capacity at our wedding, so unless your invite specifically mentions "and guest", please assume the invite is just for you.
