When should I RSVP by?

Is there accommodation at the venue?

Answer

Yes! On-site accommodation is available for all guests for the duration of the 3-day event.

Do we need to book our own accommodation?

Answer

Your RSVP will confirm your booking so all that is required is to pay on arrival.

How much is the accommodation?

Answer

The price of accommodation is 75 euros per person sharing, per night. There is a single room supplement of 20 euro. Rate includes breakfast.

What time is check in and check out at the venue?

Answer

Check in is from 3pm on Monday and check out is 11am on Thursday.

How do we book transfers?

Answer

When you are completing your RSVP via the website please submit your travel details. (i.e. Which airport you are arriving into or if you wish to travel to Borgo from the city centre). The venue will organise transport for guests for a small fee based on this information.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Please check who the invitation is addressed to when it shared with you. We wish we could invite all children, but unfortunately it is not possible. We hope you understand.

What if our plans change after we RSVP?

Answer

Please let us know as early as possible if your plans change so we can adjust accordingly.

Are hair and makeup services available for guests?

Answer

Yes! The venue has a team of hair and makeup specialists available. If you wish to book hair, make up or nails, please fill this section in when completing the RSVP online. Cost of the services are as follows: Blow dry 25 euro, Upstyle 40 euro Make Up 30 euro Nails (Shellac) 25 euro

Does the venue accept cash/card?

Answer

The venue accepts both cash and card payments. However, please be aware there is no ATM onsite.

Are there any shops or restaurants nearby?

Answer

Borgo di Tragliata is situated in the Italian countryside. There is a restaurant situated onsite for guests serving lunch at an additional cost. There is no shops nearby so please feel free to bring anything extra you will need during your stay.

Can we take photos/videos?

Answer

We have no issue with anyone taking photos and videos but we kindly ask not to take any during the ceremony as we would like the photographers to capture people enjoying themselves in the moment.

Is there a gift registry?

No, we understand that travelling to Italy requires time and expense and being able to celebrate our wedding with you is the best gift we could ask for.
