When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than Friday, Sept. 13th so we can handle accommodations for all guests in a timely manner.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.

Is there parking for the wedding venue and reception?

Answer

There is ample street parking available next to the White Doe Inn. Guests staying at the Tranquil House Inn are welcome to drive (2mins), take the short 7 minute walk, or use Lyft or Uber to the venue.

Are cellphones or cameras allowed at the ceremony?

Answer

We request that all devices be silenced and put away for an unplugged ceremony. We will have a professional photographer taking photos of the event as well as all the guests, and we'd hate for any of our guests to have their phones photobombing the special event. Don't be that guy!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Since the ceremony will be held outdoors in the late fall, the weather is sure to be a little chilly. Please don't forget to layer up for comfort! We're taking professional photos with all our guests, so dress your in your best comfy, dressy clothes! Semi-formal or cocktail attire is welcome!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions and our desire for a small, intimate gathering, we are unable to accommodate any additional guests outside of our current guestlist.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be hosting a welcome dinner the night before the wedding at the Blue Water Grill & Raw Bar, and all invited guests are welcome! Please see the Schedule tab for more details.

When is check-in/-out?

Answer

For folks staying at the White Doe Inn, check-in is any time after 9am. Check-out is before 3pm. For those staying at Tranquil House Inn, check-in is any time after 3pm. Check out is before 11am.
