The lodge is located just a few mins from Mountain home Arkansas.

I’m part of the wedding party what day do I need to arrive?

Answer

Anyone who is part of the wedding party needs to arrive on Thursday or Friday before noon on the 15th or the 16th rehearsal will be in the afternoon on Friday!

Will lodging be available for me and my family at lodge between the lakes?

Answer

The lodge has been reserved for the wedding party only if you are not part of the wedding party you will need to find accommodations in Mountain home. A list of accommodations will be posted under the travel section on our website!

Is lodging at Lodge between the lakes Limited?

Answer

Yes there’s only a certain amount of rooms in the lodge It’s first come first serve and some of the rooms have already been assigned to families contact Eric or Sonya for more information.

I’m part of the wedding party. Will I need to provide my clothing for the ceremony!

Answer

Yes all bridesmaids and groomsmen will be responsible for the payment of their clothing for the ceremony please contact Sonya or Eric for more information!

Do we have to stay the whole four days for the wedding?

Answer

No we have reserved Thursday through Sunday at the lodge between the lakes those of you who are staying at the lodge do not have to stay the entire time!

I’m staying at the lodge can I bring my own food and drink to the lodge!

Answer

Yes the lodge will provide a full kitchen and everything you need to cook and store beverages we ask that if you cook you clean up after yourselves and if you have small children make sure they are assisted in eating and drinking while you are there!

I’ve seen on the Lodge between the lakes website that they have a hot tub what is the age limit for the hot tub?

We are staying at the lodge do we need to bring our own bedding and towels?

Answer

Bedding is provided at the lodge and some towels are provided for showering,but if you are going to be in the hot tub or go into other swimming areas around Mountainhome you will need to provide your own towels for this! You will also need to bring all your toiletries to get cleaned up!

How many people can be in the hot tub at one time!

I’ve heard there’s going to be a swimming pool at the lodge is this true?

Answer

Yes it is very possible that they will have a new swimming pool in and functioning when it is time for the wedding! But on the 16th 17th the pool will be off-limits until further instruction comes from Sonya or Eric!

There are many jobs that can be assigned at any given time if you are interested in helping out please call or email Sonya or Eric and we will gladly find you something to do!

Can I bring my pets with me!

Answer

No pets will not be allowed on the property for insurance purposes! Exceptions only for service animals!

I have allergies and the food that’s being served at the wedding I can’t have can I bring my own food?

Yes And if you need somewhere to put your food until the event starts accommodations are available!

One of my family members is in the wedding what will me and the kids do while we’re waiting for rehearsal to be over?

Answer

There are many beautiful places in Mountainhome Arkansas one of those being Cotter springs it’s just a few minutes down the road and it will give the kids somewhere new to check out go on a adventure have fun and you can also find a list of activities and other places under things to do on our website!

I live in Lebanon Missouri how far is Mountain home Arkansas from my location?

Answer

Mountainhome Arkansas is about 2 1/2 hours from Lebanon Missouri it could take less or longer depending on how many times you stop and if you have children.

What are the plans for Sunday after the wedding?

Answer

Sunday will be reserved for cleanup and a little bit of relaxation before everybody heads home on Monday!

Is the bride and groom leaving from the wedding straight to their honeymoon?

Answer

No Eric and I will not be leaving for the honeymoon until Tuesday or Wednesday after the wedding!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

If you are a guest coming for the ceremony you can arrive at 4:30 and have plenty of time to visit and mingle before the ceremony starts at five!

You can bring a date yes but make sure they have RSVP!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes plenty of parking! The parking closest to the ceremony though will be reserved for Handicap parking only!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No you will need to provide your own transportation! There will be a list of rental car services under the travel section on our website.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes kid are welcome make sure you have rsvp all of them and if your not staying in the lodge it will be off limits bathrooms are provided in grandpa’s barn where the reception will be held! Children need to be supervised at all times while in the barn because it will be set up for the reception!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes there will be a Rehearsal dinner at one of the restaurants in Mountainhome Arkansas on the evening of Friday the 16th!

Yes you can bring food to add to the dinner food this will help out!! No desserts though as we will have lots of cake!!
