Wedding

4:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Our wedding celebration is a formal outdoor ceremony, weather permitting, immediately followed by a cocktail hour and indoor reception. We recommend footwear that allows you to navigate uneven surfaces, gravel and grass. The venue suggest flats, wedges or block heels for your comfort and safety!

Transportation There will only be one pickup time from the hotel to the venue which will leave promptly at 3:00pm (35 min ride). There will be two pick up times at the end of the night. One bus will leave shortly after dinner at 9:00pm and two buses will begin loading at 11:00pm concluding the reception. Ubers and Lyfts are not prevalent in this area, so we do recommend utilizing our transportation. There is plenty of parking available at the venue if you do choose to drive. Cars will need to be picked up by 10:00am Sunday morning if left overnight. Parking is located in the parking field at the end of the gravel driveway. Sylvanside staff are happy to assist any guest with a golf cart to facilitate moving about the farm. Please don't hesitate to ask :)

Farewell Breakfast

We would love to spend more time with everyone and have a chance to say goodbye before heading out. This will be a casual breakfast located in the event space on the main floor of the hotel. We hope to see you there!
