Accommodations

Please find information regarding hotel accommodations below. The bridal party will be staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott and all immediate family will be staying at both the Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott and Tru by Hilton hotels. Due to there being limited hotel availability, the discounted blocks for those two hotels are mostly filled up. We have plenty of rooms available in the SureStay Plus Hotel block for all other guests. All are welcome to book in any of the three hotels but you may need to book outside of the block for the two hotels on Chocolate Ave. Shuttles to and from the venue will be available from all three hotels. There are also many other hotels in the area if you prefer a different stay. We cannot wait to celebrate with you all!

Shuttle

Shuttles from All Three Hotels

October 7, 2022 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

There will be two shuttle pickup times before and after the wedding at all three hotels. Shuttles will leave at 3:15pm and 3:45pm to get all guests to the wedding before the 4:30pm ceremony. At the end of the night, shuttles will return to the hotels at 10:15pm and 10:45pm
