TRANSPORTATION NOTE
As there is no parking at the venue, two buses will run two separate trips from the hotel and garage with a 27 person capacity within each bus. We strongly advise people to be prepared to be early but remain flexible. If for some reason you can't make the bus there are plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in Media. There are refreshments and entertainment upon arrival for both trips.

3:35 PM - bus arrives at the hotel
3:40 PM - bus departs from the hotel
3:45 PM - bus arrives at the parking garage
3:50 PM - bus departs from the parking garage
4:00 PM - first group arrives at the venue
TRIP 2
4:20 PM - bus arrives at the hotel
4:25 PM - bus departs from the hotel
4:30 PM - bus arrives at the parking garage
4:35 PM - bus departs from the parking garage
4:45 PM - second group arrives at the venue
