This event will be both indoors & outdoors. So please be mindful of the summer temps as you prepare your cocktail (or better) attire.
FRIDAY'S WELCOME PARTY: Valet parking is available. Uber/Lyft recommended. SATURDAY'S CELEBRATION: Guest shuttle service will be provided from the Westin, Hilton & Drake hotels. The shuttle schedule will be sent via text 1-2 days prior via text. Valet parking is available at the venue for those who choose to drive. We do, however, strongly encourage use of Uber/Lyft ride share options. Hotel parking rates are noted on the Travel page.
No, we do not have a gift registry. However, we would graciously accept monetary gifts during our celebration or via Zelle, 818-321-0823.
Yes, we are already legally married. However, since our ceremonies were private, we wanted to create a time to celebrate this milestone with all of you - the people we love most.
You can communicate all dietary restrictions when you RSVP.
We love your children and those shown on your RSVP card are absolutely invited to join the party. GOOD NEWS!! We will be offering childcare during our celebration! While you are enjoying the party, your children will be engaged in their own fun - games, activities and entertainment - designed just for them. You are required to pre-register each of your children (newborn to 14yrs) by June 13th in order for them to participate. If you didn't receive the link to register your child(ren), please contact our planner via email at info@southwindevents.com.
