We’re so excited to celebrate with you!

Sonia and I met through a mutual friend in Ghana when she visited in 2017. There was definitely an initial spark ; we had great conversations.Sadly, she had to leave, and due to distance, we just became very good friends. Since the first day we met , we have always been in touch. Fast forward into 2019, when I found out she would be visiting again, I was so excited. I took a chance and asked her out because she was my perfect woman and she always filled my heart with joy. She accepted, and although long distance relationships aren’t easy, I knew she was irreplaceable and could not think of anything but to spend the rest of my life with her. On her visit again in 2021 I proposed to her and she said “yes!”. I'm the happiest man in the world. I’m getting married to the most beautiful, intelligent, loving and God fearing lady. She is truly my best friend 😊

In 2017, I took a trip to Ghana. One day, I was visiting a friend of mine, when Ernest came to the house . When we met, he was very hospitable. He showed my friends and I around, invited us to his congregation, and made our stay very enjoyable.He was so genuine, God fearing, and had lovely smile everytime we met. I was very interested, even if needless to say , I did not show it entirely ! We exchanged numbers and decided to keep in touch not knowing that we were about to become the best of friends. As time went on, not a day passed without a text, phone call or video call from Ernest. Conversation came so easy, we talked to each other about everything. In 2019, My parents and I went to Ghana. By this time, Ernest and I knew we were going to be best friends for a lifetime. On this trip, Ernest decided to make things official . He met my family and introduced me to his family. As 2020 approached we were making wedding plans, but sadly, covid came along putting some of our plans to a halt. Through prayers and persistence, everything worked out and once we saw each other again in 2021, he proposed. I couldn’t be happier to marry this handsome, God fearing, selfless man. He is truly my best friend 😊
