I met Adriana in 8th grade at Will Rogers Middle School. We became best friends freshman year at San Juan High School. We know each other's secrets good and bad. She is also a wonderful godmother to "Turtle". Mom is her second mom. She lives in the Bay Area. She works in the field of cardiothoracic surgery. She is My Person!!

Van and I have been best friends since 1st grade, Van came over to ask if I wanted to play and since then it was a brother from another mother. We grew up in the same neighborhood, went to school together from elementary through high school. We have helped each other with everything from moves to loss of family members and everything in between. I could not ask for a better person to be my best man.

Heather is my second cousin. She is Selena and Mike's daughter. We did not grow up together but have become very close since her 21st birthday. You can ask her why we became so close that night. She has come thru being a great babysitter and friend for Turtle many times. She is recently engaged and her fiancé is a winning bass fisherman and she is a veterinarian assistant. Yes, she rides her horse.

Quentin is my "Big Brother" and close friend that always has an opinion. Growing up, I followed him around. Sometimes he would allow me to hang out with him and sometimes not. I grew up knowing all his friends. I loved being able to see my big brother play college football in person and on television. We continue to have great times, barbecuing, swimming and just spending weekends with our families. Quentin lives in Lincoln with his wife and three girls. I am lucky to have family living this close.

Gail is my 2nd cousin. Her mother was Marilyn my Dad's niece. Her grandmother was Beverly James from Table Buff Reservation. Even though we did not see each other alot growing up. She was my mom's flower girl in her 1976 wedding. We see each other more often becoming closer now and it has been great. She is a wife, mother, grandmother and still lives on the Rez.

Corey and I have been friends since 4th grade at Kingswood Elementary. We went to middle and also high school together, where we also played football. He's always been quiet but dont let that fool you. We have continued to be friends even though he is a Chief's fan.

Oh my Angel. I know. Her since a little girl that would hide behind her mom Ariannas leg. Ive watched her grown sometimes from a distance. Shes blossomed into this beautiful, strong, smart, hard working young lady. She working for Starbucks and looking at going to school in Arizona. Beauty and brains. Look out single guys!! We have known each other since Pop Warner Football for the Citrus Heights Dolphins. Our sons then played football together. We don't keep up as much as I would like but I can call him anytime and we pick up where we left off. His mom Doris, was a good friend to my mom, and she is like a second mom to me. I appreciate their family and friendship.

Arianna and I met at San Juan High School, we hung out a few times, had classes together, we both came to the realization that we really didn't have anyone to walk with for graduation, so we buddied up and walked together to get our diploma. We have stayed good friends thru the years, confided in each other on relationships, and continued to stay in touch thru all our life and work changes, she works for the State and has 3 beautiful kids, that she has done a great job of raising. She is newly engaged and I can't wait to prepare for her celebration.

Rob and I meet in 1991 when we played Pop Warner Football for the Citrus Heights Dolphins. We have remained friends through all these years, different schools, even him moving to a different state. I am glad we continued to stay in touch. He's a great friend and person!

Oliver is my oldest brother. He lives in Stockton with his wife Stacey, daughters and grandkids. I am most like him. My love of cars the pride of taking care of your ride. And yes even the mischievous side may be similar. Im glad to have both my brothers with me on my big day.

Olivia and I are not cousins by blood but since birth! Her mom Tina was my mom's roommate in college and my "Tia". She is married and lives in Sacramento with her husband and son Raphael. I have had the pleasure of being in her wedding and am so happy to have her in mine. She is an English as a Second Language Teacher in Sacramento.

Big Kev and I met in 2000, when we both worked for Sears. We certainly kept each other entertained while working. Even after we no longer worked together we continued our friendship. Continuous hang outs, barbecues at home or at a park, we always have a good time. I can count on Kev to always check on me with a call or text and always has some great words of advise. Now Kev is a married man and I will soon be, who would have thought!

This guy and I played high school football together beginning in 1993 in our freshman year at San Juan High School. You spend that much time on the field you tend to become friends. I have grown up with him and his younger brother Brian. Justin and I have been roommates more than once, and good times were always had!
