How do I get to and from the venue?

Answer

There is no scheduled shuttle to and from the ceremony planned. Saratoga Springs is about 15-20 minute ride via Uber or Lyft from nearby hotels. There will also be free wifi available at the venue for you to get online to order an uber/lyft back home. If you are renting a car, there will be tons of free parking available at the venue.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black tie is optional. This will be an outdoor wedding. There will be flat concrete, pebble stones, and artificial turf flooring to contend with, so plan your footwear accordingly. Any gown that trails will end up full of redwood duff. A light jacket/scarf/or coat is recommended for once the sun sets, as it may get slightly chilly.

Yes, there is a large parking lot that will be available to you to park free of charge.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

Outdoors for both ceremony and reception.

Will there be any restrictions at the wedding due to COVID-19?

Answer

Right now (May 15, 2021) masks are required at the buffet line and the bar and tables are arranged separately for social distancing. We anticipate both of these things to go away after June 15th. There will be food from a buffet, dancing, and drinks available as it was pre-COVID.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

As soon as you know for sure you can make it. We need to let our vendors know by June 10th how many people are coming. If you ever need to cancel your RSVP, please let us know ASAP as it will save costs or allow us to invite more friends.

What kind of food will be available?

Answer

Food will be grilled onsite with options such as: Chicken, Steak, and Vegan Pasta with Marinara Sauce available, as well as a variety of side salads.
