The Westin Mount Laurel

Morning buses will depart the Westin at 8:20, 8:55, and 9:25. Return buses will depart the Merion at 2:00, 2:30, and 3:00. Afternoon buses will depart the Westin at 5:15. Return buses will depart the Merion at 10:30, 11:30, and 1 AM.

DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Hotel Mt. Laurel

Morning buses will depart the DoubleTree at 8:10, 8:45, and 9:15. Return buses will depart the Merion at 2:00, 2:30, and 3:00. Afternoon buses will depart the DoubleTree at 5:05. Return buses will depart the Merion at 10:30, 11:30, and 1 AM.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Philadelphia - Mt. Laurel

Morning buses will depart the Holiday Inn at 7:55, 8:30, and 9:00. Return buses will depart the Merion at 2:00, 2:30, and 3:00. Afternoon bus will depart the Holiday Inn at 4:50 PM. Return buses will depart the Merion at 10:30, 11:30, and 1 AM. Note: buses will swing by Westin and DoubleTree after pick-up and before drop-off.

Hampton Inn & Suites Mount Laurel/Moorestown

This is an extra block for those who are unable to book at room at the other hotels. We will not be providing transportation to the Hampton.

Other Hotel Options

While we do have hotel blocks available at the above hotels, there are many other hotels in the area that you are welcome to book at. These include Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cherry Hill - Philadelphia, La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Mt. Laurel - Philadelphia, Aloft Mt Laurel, and Grand Resort Hotel - Mt Laurel - Philadelphia. Please note that we will not be providing transportation services from these hotels, but RideShare is readily available.

Flight

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)

Philadelphia International Airport is the easiest for domestic flights (and some international flights). It's a 30 minute drive to the hotels and venue. Rental cars as well as Uber/ Lyft are readily available from the airport.

Flight

Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)

Newark is about 1.5 hours from the venue and hotels, but may be an easier option for most international flights. Rental cars and Uber/Lyft are readily available.
