This is the best place to fly into. You could fly to other island and transfer to Maui as well. It's about 40min drive from OGG to Kaanapali/Lahaina area (where the wedding will be), and 30min to Wailea (another resort area).

The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali

This hotel is a little far from Olowalu Plantation House (wedding venue), but is the best location to stay for tourism. It's close to Black Rocks beach, shopping malls and has very good ocean-view rooms.

Ka'anapali Beach Hotel

This hotel is a little dated, but much more affordable and at a really good position in Ka'anappali resort area. It's at a walking distance to Black Rock beach and Whaler's Village mall. We highly recommend it if you are looking for a no-frill lodging place.

Colonial style inn in historic Lahaina town. This place has great value rooms with free breakfast. Make sure to book the pool-view suites!
