Couple takes photos with family and wedding party. 5:00 PM – Guests Move to Reception Area & Find Seats (10 min) Reception area opens. 5:10 PM – First Dance (10 min) Newlyweds have their first dance. 5:20 PM – Dinner Service (40 min) Guests are served dinner (buffet). Background music plays. 6:00 PM – Cake Cutting & Speeches/Toasts (20 min) Best man, maid of honor, and family members give short speeches while cake is served.
