Julia Davis Park is located near Downtown Boise. You can access both the Boise River and Boise Greenbelt within the park. The Boise Zoo and paddle boats are both popular activities at Julia Davis. We highly recommend this to visitors who have small children or just want to take a stroll and see the Fall colors!
If you are looking for a drive out of Boise and up into the mountains, you will want to go to The Springs! Its a luxurious hot springs pool with separate private pools you can reserve as well. You must reserve your date and time online before you arrive. Highly recommend!
Nestled in Downtown Boise, on 13th street you will find my favorite historical district to explore. Hyde Park has coffee shops, places to eat and fun small businesses to check out. Close by, is Camels Back Park and hiking trails that are a part of Boise's Ridge to Rivers trail system. There is plenty of places to park and would make for a fun afternoon of exploring!
West of Boise (about a 50 minute drive) we have beautiful wine country! Koenig is just one of many wineries you can check out while you are here. You may also discover Ste. Chapelle Winery and Tasting Room in Marsing, ID.
