Can I bring kids to the reception?

Please refer to your RSVP to see if you have a guest included with your invite. If not, please email us at NotQuiteCarlson2021@gmail.com to ask if we can accommodate.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP either on our website, mail in or by contacting our wedding email by August 31 if possible.

Do I have to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Our website can easily accommodate online RSVPs by entering your name on our RSVP page. If you received a mail in option you can choose to either return by mail or go online.

Do you have hotel blocks reserved?

Answer

We have blocks of rooms reserved at the Fairfield Inn on the lake. We also have discounts for the Landmark Inn as well as the Days Inn (with 2- night stay). Marquette will be busy on this weekend so acquiring blocks of rooms wasn't super easy. There are many more hotels not listed but available in Marquette. Check out our accommodations page as well for Air bnb rentals and onsite camping at Rippling River Resort if you'd prefer a different price point. Keep in mind this is the same weekend at peak fall colors as well as NMU's parents weekend so book ASAP.

What time should we arrive?

People can begin to arrive at the ski hill at 5:30pm for the reception. For those invited to our small private ceremony you will be contacted individually.

Where should we park?

Answer

Parking is available at the ski hill as well as the overflow lot located just across the street. If you are staying at Rippling River Resort please walk over to avoid taking parking from other guests. We will be looking to arrange shuttles once we see where the majority of our guests will be staying. Cars in the overflow lot can be left overnight if need be. Please do not drink and drive.
