This will be the pickup point for shuttle buses the day of the wedding! To book, use the link below! Hotels in northern MI fill up quickly in the summer, so we recommend booking sooner rather than later!

Traverse City Airport (TVC)

Traverse City is home to Cherry Capital Airport, which has a handful of direct flights from major cities. You can also connect easily through Detroit or Chicago. Keep in mind that flights can be pricey during the summer travel season, so it’s a good idea to book early! Ubers in Traverse City can be a bit tough, so we recommend scheduling a taxi ahead of time or renting a car!

Grand Rapids Airport (GRR)

GRR is a great airport option with several nonstop flights from the east coast. You can easily drive from Grand Rapids to Traverse City in a little over 2 hours!

Detroit Metro Airport (DTW)

The drive from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) to Traverse City takes about 4.5 hours and offers a chance to explore some of Michigan’s highlights. Consider stopping at the University of Michigan’s campus in Ann Arbor, followed by a visit to East Lansing to see Michigan State University, Kayla’s alma mater!

A shuttle will be running the afternoon of the wedding from the Hotel Indigo to Bayview Weddings at Gallagher Farms! Additionally, shuttles will be available to take guests back following the festivities :). Parking is also available at the venue.
