Nos conocimos una tarde en la Isla de Ometepe; Allison recién llego del Ferry y después de acomodar sus maletas, salió con sus primas Hirania, Angie, y Hiriam a comerse un helado como suele hacer frecuentemente. Fue ahi donde vio a Carlos arrimado contra una moto con un amigo y los dos intercambiaron miradas, una mirada de la cual no se olvidaron en toda la noche. Luego, coincidentemente el mismo día, ambos fueron a "Campestre Bella Vista" y nuevamente intercambiaron miradas por segunda vez. "Sera casualidad?" se preguntaban ambos. Para no cansarles el cuento, se vieron de nuevo por tercera vez en una fiesta esa noche en "El Lago Azul". Fue ahi donde se dieron cuenta que tal vez esto no fue coincidencia; quizás era el destino! Esa noche, Carlos saco a Allison a bailar y le pidió sus redes sociales para seguir conversando.....como pueden ver, esta boda es fruto de esa conversación y la famosa mirada del helado!

We met one afternoon on Ometepe Island; Allison just got back from the Ferry and after packing her bags, she went out with her cousins Hirania, Angie, and Hiriam to eat ice cream like she often does. It was there that she saw Carlos leaning against a motorcycle with a friend and the two exchanged looks, a look they didn't forget all night. Then, coincidentally on the same day, they both went to "Campestre Bella Vista" and again exchanged glances for the second time. "Could it be a coincidence?" they both wondered. To summarise the story, they saw each other again for the third time at a party that night in "El Lago Azul". It was there that they realized that perhaps this was not a coincidence; maybe it was fate! That night, Carlos took Allison out to dance and asked her for her social media to continue talking..... as you can see, this wedding is the result of that conversation and the famous exchange of looks that night!

Después de 2 años y medio de relación, Carlos tomo la iniciativa de planear la propuesta para Allison junto a sus familiares y seres queridos. El día 25 de Febrero del 2022, la familia entera de Allison tenia un viaje planeado a Nicaragua. Ese mismo día, Carlos tenia todo listo en el restaurante de Managua "Don Candido". Después de decirle a ella que seria una cena formal familiar y que todos tenian que ir bien arreglados, Allison se arreglo para lo que penso que seria una cena familiar bonita y formal. Para su sorpresa, Allison encuentra a Carlos con unos mariachis esperándola en el segundo piso del restaurante. Pueden ver el video de la propuesta arriba!

After 2 and a half years of being together, Carlos took the initiative to plan the proposal for Allison together with his family and loved ones. On February 25, 2022, Allison's entire family had a planned trip to Nicaragua. That same day, Carlos had everything ready at the Managua restaurant "Don Candido". After telling her that it would be a formal family dinner and that everyone had to be dressed up, Allison dressed up for what he thought would be a nice formal family dinner. To her surprise, Allison finds Carlos with some mariachis waiting for her on the second floor of the restaurant. You can watch the video of the proposal above!
