Gerald R. Ford International Airport

Gerald R Ford International Airport is 45 minutes from The Felt Mansion, 40 minutes from Holland, and 20 minutes from downtown Grand Rapids. We highly recommend flying into here if possible as it is by far the most convenient. We recommend arriving at the airport 1 to 1.5 hours prior to your departure maximum.

Chicago | ORD/MDW and Detroit | DTW

Chicago O'Hare International Airport, Chicago Midway Airport, and Detroit Metro Airport are all about a 3 hour drive from the Felt Mansion and conveniently connected by Amtrak train. You do transition from Central Time to Eastern Time coming from Chicago.

Located in downtown Holland (15 minutes from the Felt Estate) - a short walk to restaurants and shopping. Call the hotel and mention the Drabek/Sommers wedding to be added to the room block. This is where the bride and groom are staying the night of the wedding! Shuttle will be leaving at 2:40 pm and 3:55 pm.

Other Accommodations/Transportation

There will be a shuttle going to and from the two hotels blocks. The 57 person shuttle may be not be able to accommodate everyone going to the wedding, but there are some Lyfts/Ubers available from Holland. Otherwise, we recommend overnight parking at the Felt. There will be more reliable transportation back to the hotels, as people will be leaving at various times and there will be an additional vehicle for transportation. Shuttle leave times are listed below. You must be outside and ready to leave as the shuttle cannot wait in order to make it to the ceremony on time. The bar will be open for those who arrive early. Courtyard: 2:40 pm, 3:55 pm Hampton Inn: 3:40 pm
