Probably not! But, it may depend on where you're staying. If you are staying in any of our room blocks, you will definitely be within walking distance to the venue and won't need a car. Within most of the city of Milwaukee, you don't really need one either--assuming you're comfortable paying for an Uber or taking public transit (these are also great options to get to your hotel from the airport). If you choose to stay in the suburbs, you may want to consider it as transit options become much more limited, and Ubers can get very expensive.
Our venue doesn't include parking, but there is street parking as well as several parking garages/lots nearby. Meters in Milwaukee typically take card, so don't worry about bringing coins. The Interstate Parking Brewery Parking Structure is a very close option for paid parking.
Our dress code is formal/black tie optional. Think a nice dress or a suit and tie. While we encourage you to have fun getting dressed up, we also want everyone to be comfortable, so don’t stress it too much!Just please avoid denim and colors typically reserved for the bride (such as white and ivory).
Yes—when you RSVP, you can make a note of any food allergies and our caterer will make something that works for you!
The closest hotel to the venue is the Brewhouse Inn and Suites, which is literally across the street. We have a room block there—check out the travel page for the link. We also have a discount code for rooms at the Aloft Milwaukee Downtown available on the travel page. This is about a ten minute walk away. The venue is in downtown Milwaukee, so there are many other hotels to choose from which are just a quick walk or Uber away.
Because our hotels are so close to the venue, we won’t have transportation between the venue and hotels. Ubers are plentiful in the city if you prefer not to walk.
Nope! We will both be keeping our last names.
