Are kids welcome?

Answer

Royalton Chic is an adults-only hotel. Children are not allowed at any wedding events on the property. Please plan accordingly.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs will close November 30, 2024. Please RSVP as soon as you are certain you can make it. If plans change, let us know before the deadline. We are limited on the amount of guests we can host and will not be able to make any changes after the end of November.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are limited on guest count. If your invite does not include a plus one, they cannot be added. We may be able to make some adjustments once we receive all of the RSVPs and will try our best to accommodate plus-one requests if space becomes available. However, there is no guarantee and plans should not be made based on any potential plus ones.

Is there a dress code?

Beach Formal Attire is Highly Encouraged! Note: We will not be on sand for any parts of the ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception.

When should I arrive in Cancun?

Answer

Thursday arrival is encouraged. Please plan to arrive no later than Friday. If you are a member of the wedding party, plan for a Wednesday arrival.

Can I stay at a different hotel?

Answer

Royalton Chic is the site for all wedding activities. All guests should plan to stay on the property. Book using our unique link to avoid any issues with your reservation. This will not interfere with any points you may collect through Marriott Bonvoy.
