When is the RSVP deadline?

RSVPs will officially close on September 8, 2026; however, due to limited capacity, responses may close earlier once we reach our guest limit. We encourage guests to RSVP as soon as possible, and if your plans change after responding, please let us know promptly so we can accommodate other guests.

When to book hotel?

Answer

Book the hotel ASAP. Even if you are unsure, book now. You typically won't pay until check-in, or you may have a small deposit depending on how you book. When should I arrive in Atlanta?

Thursday arrival is encouraged. Please plan to arrive no later than Friday. Track flights using Google Flights or Hopper for the best price.

We love the kids, but this event is strictly adults-only.

Cocktail Attire, Semi-Formal or Black Tie. Come dressed to impress!

We have a room block with discounted rates available at The Starling Atlanta Midtown. There are cheaper hotels in Atlanta Midtown, Downtown, Smyrna, and other surrounding areas.
