I had a dream about my wife before I even met her. On that memorable day, I was asleep and dreamed of a curvy woman who wasn't tall, but I couldn't see her face. When I woke up, I was curious about who she was. Later, a friend messaged me saying she had a dream about me that same week, which she had forgotten to share. She mentioned, "I dreamed you married an American, along with other details." Fast forward to July 2024, I was part of a daily prayer group, and the leader added Valerie to our group. We all welcomed her, as is our tradition. I wrote, "Welcome Valerie to the family of love and fire!" lol. One day during prayer, I was introduced to Valerie on the call. The leader said, "Pastor Solomon, meet my friend Valerie; she sings and just released a single." As soon as I heard she was a singer, I wanted to know more about her. I began asking her questions about music during the prayer call, and Valerie mentioned she was still learning a lot. The leader kindly suggested we continue our conversation privately, which we did. I quickly searched for her song and was impressed. I went to Facebook to see her photos, and as I looked through them, the dream I had came back to me. It matched the description perfectly, and I realized she was the one, but I kept that to myself. We started our vocal lessons, which were very impactful. Fast forward to September 2024, she messaged me about fasting for the entire month of October. One day after our prayer call for the October fasting and prayer, I felt strongly that it was time to reveal my feelings, so I told my beautiful and sweet wife my intentions. It took her five months to respond after much prayer, fasting, and counseling. I received a yes in March 2025. Now, here we are, preparing to get married. We have grown so much and are excited to build our life together with God as our foundation.
