Though Tracy Aviary may be a short drive from Bluffdale, it’s definitely worth it. Tracy Aviary is located in Liberty Park which is one of the brides favorite parks to visit. The park alone has a lot to offer as well as the aviary including a pond with peddle boats for rent. Wonderful restaurants short distances from the park. Great spot to stop by with the whole family.
Wheeler Historic Farm
Beautiful scenery with a little history thrown in. At Wheeler Farms you can see historical buildings and well as animal life. Having horses, goats, sheep, chickens and other farm animals for an added treat. Great place to have a family picnic.
Red Butte Garden and Arboretum
Not too long ago the bride thought about having a wedding at Red Butte Garden due to the breath taking landscape. Walk amongst countless flowers, lush greenery and other plants native to Utah. Red Butte is a peaceful way to spend the afternoon.
Thanksgiving Point
Thanksgiving Point has endless attractions that the whole family will love. Some favorites are the Butterfly Biosphere where you can walk among butterflies from all around the world and the Mountain America Museum of Ancient Life where you can learn all about dinosaurs and their fossils. Thanksgiving Point has much more to offer as well a few cafés and restaurants on the property.
