The deadline was on February 18 and the final day to submit RSVPs was on February 23. Unfortunately, we are no longer accepting RSVPs at this time. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to one of us. Thank you.
Our wedding is going to be RSVP only, meaning we will only accommodate to those that were addressed on the RSVP tab on the website at the time. We appreciate all our friends and family who wish to be present on our big day. 💗
Our wedding attire will be semi-formal so that means tuxedos, long gowns, suits and cocktail dresses are all welcome to wear. No jeans, please.
Our ceremony will be held at Notre Dame Catholic Church in the heart of Alief near Chinatown and the reception will follow after at Safari Texas Ranch in Richmond, Texas. The reception is only about 20-25 minutes away from the church.
A Nuptial Mass is a Catholic Mass which includes the celebration of the sacrament of marriage. The first half, called the Liturgy of the Word, includes introductory prayers, readings from Scripture, and a homily, or reflection, from the priest. After the homily, the couple will exchange vows and wedding rings as part of the Rite of Marriage. The second half, called the Liturgy of the Eucharist, includes the celebration and sharing of the Body of Christ. A regular Catholic Mass typically lasts about one hour, so with the exchange of vows and rings, you can expect the regular hour-long Mass including the wedding ceremony. Catholic weddings do not have to include the full Mass, so when couples choose to do so, it is an important decision the bride and groom make when planning their wedding.
There are a couple ways you can follow along with the Mass. First, you can observe the people around you and follow their lead. (Really, no one will notice if you are a second behind the crowd.) Second, you can follow along with the readings, prayers, and responses included in your program. As a non-Catholic, you are welcomed and invited to participate in the sitting, standing, kneeling, singing, and praying portions of the Mass, as long as you are comfortable enough to do so. After all, you have been invited to this wedding to be a witness of our love and union as well as to celebrate the bride and groom. Regardless of your spirituality or religious beliefs, there is a joy to be shared through love and we are open for you to join in the ceremony of us becoming husband and wife.

YES! YES & YES! Please carpool with others if you can. While we want you all to have as much fun as possible, your safety is more important to us; so please set up any type carpool/rideshare (ex.
