When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP ASAP! Due to the unique nature of Jorge and Melanie's wedding, the event must occur within a specific time frame. We would appreciate all of our guests who plan to attend to RSVP by April 30th. Please make sure to RSVP to all events here on our website!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Garden attire: Sundresses, floral print, and suits in lighter hues. End of July is typically hot in Laguna Beach. Sunset will be around 7:45pm. We want our guests to be comfortable.

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

Answer

Parking is always tough in Laguna during the summer. We anticipate by 5:00pm most of the "beach people" will begin leaving for the day. Please click the TRAVEL tab for a map with streets highlighted in yellow that are preferred for parking. If you are traveling from the North, PLEASE consider driving down towards Dana Point first, then coming up from the south to avoid driving through downtown Laguna Beach. Locals may also consider getting an Uber or Lyft to save gas and also having to drive home after enjoying some celebratory cocktails.

Can I bring a date? What about kids?

Answer

We want our backyard celebration to be as intimate as possible. We are only able to extend our invitations to children of the immediate family. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope that you can still join us to celebrate Melanie & Jorge's special day. As for bringing a date with you, please ask if you have not already received specific permission from the bride and groom about bringing a date.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please talk with the bride or groom if you have any allergies or food sensitivities we should know about. Our catering will be a specific menu, but there will be lots of choices as well as some vegetarian items. Please reach out if you have concerns and we will do our best to accommodate.
