Question

When should I RSVP/book by?

Answer

Rooms should be booked by June 1st 2026 to lock in the group rate. I will be dropping extra rooms after June 1st 2026 so you will no longer be able to attend if you’re not booked by then.

Question

When do I need to make payments for my room?

Answer

-$100 deposit due at booking (you may deposit more if you wish) -One night due on June 12th -Final balance is due July 17th *Changes may be made without penalty until July 17th *All payments are refundable with a written cancellation request 7 days prior to June 12th. If you chose to purchase travel insurance that is the only thing that is never refundable. *You can make payments whenever you’d like as long as you meet the deadlines above.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

This is a micro wedding so it’s very intimate and will be close family and friends. Unless stated otherwise we aren’t doing plus ones.

Question

Anything else I should know?

Answer

I highly recommend downloading the “PalladiumHotelGroup” app. This has everything you need to know about the resort! You can find restaurant and bar hours, menus, dress codes, etc. You will also find all the scheduled activities the resort has for each day. I also recommend downloading “WhatsApp” as that is where you will communicate with your butler. I will also be creating a group chat with everyone so it’s easy to communicate any information!

For all the days along the way
