Rooms need to be booked by June 1st 2026. I will be dropping extra rooms June 2nd so you will no longer be able to attend if you’re not booked by then. If you’re not able to attend please let me know so I can be sure that everyone who is planning to attend has booked in time.

Yes each guest will be responsible for paying for their own flight and hotel room. When you book your room, the airport transfers to and from Cancun International Airport are included. Flights have to be booked separately. You just have to let Alice know what your flight details are so she can arrange the transfers for you. You can do so by emailing her at transfers@ourdestinationweddings.com Please make sure to include a screenshot of your confirmation that has the name of the airline, flight numbers, dates/times of arrival/departure, and airport names.
Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). It’s about a 30 minute drive to TRS Coral. Please make sure to let our travel agent, Carol, know your flight details so she can arrange your airport transfers. Her email is guests@ourdestinationweddings.com and her number is (844)-568-3639.
We will all be staying at the beautiful TRS Coral Hotel in Costa Mujeres, Mexico just north of Cancun. Please see the schedule tab for specific locations and times!
TRS Coral is all-inclusive! Your stay includes: -Unlimited food and drinks (including alcohol) -24/7 room service -Access to the beach, pools, and restaurants on both TRS side & Palladium side -Resort activities and shows -Each room comes with a butler that you can communicate through WhatsApp with. They can make reservations for you, fulfill requests, and point you in the right direction for anything you may want or need
Formal attire- suits, ties, long dresses, midi dresses, or polished formalwear encouraged. No mini dresses or shorts. The bridal party will be in chocolate brown. The groom will be in a beige linen suit. We kindly ask guests to avoid those colors. White, ivory, and light cream are reserved for the bride.
We’re getting married on November 7th.

The welcome dinner location is still TBD. The casual meetup the morning after will be determined a couple days before!

We ask to keep your phones away and be fully present during the ceremony. After the ceremony feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you want during the cocktail hour and reception- send them my way!!
You’re absolutely welcome to stay at the resort longer if you’d like to turn this into your own vacation! We encourage you to do so!
This is a micro wedding so it’s very intimate and will be close family and friends. Unless stated otherwise we aren’t doing plus ones.
I highly recommend downloading the “PalladiumHotelGroup” app. This has everything you need to know about the resort! You can find restaurant and bar hours, menus, dress codes, etc. You will also find all the scheduled activities the resort has for each day. I also recommend downloading “WhatsApp” as that is where you will communicate with your butler. I will also be creating a group chat with everyone so it’s easy to communicate any information!
