Yes, we ask that you please follow a semi-formal dress code. No jeans, t-shirt, or casual wear. This is a special day that we wish to keep elegant.
We are very sorry, but due to our limited space we are unable to extend the invitation to children. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day!
Due to very limited seating we ask that our wedding remains only to the guests that were listed on your invitation. Our venue is small and intimate and we do not have the capacity to invite every person in our lives as much as we want to. Your invitation will list your number of allowed guests.
We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to off/silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we’d hate to have a persons phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony please feel free to take as many photos as you want and we’d love for you to share them with us to!
If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our August 19th deadline, you will be marked “not attending”. The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all our vendors at a timely manner.
You should plan to arrive to the ceremony about 3:30pm. This will give you adequate time to socialize, sign our guest book, and find your seats. We will begin punctually at 4 o’clock in the evening.
Yes, we will have an open bar. Like most of you are aware, sobriety is a big part of our lives and we will also be including a mocktail bar for our big day!
Our venue is completely outdoors. Our ceremony and reception will take place outside. Cocktail hour will take place in a outdoor open air Saloon. The venue has plenty of shade!
