La Palapa (breakfast)
We typically walk to this restaurant from the resort (about 45 min) and love to sit right by the beach! A fun option at this restaurant is to reserve some beach chairs for the day and hang out!
El Andriego (breakfast)
Another great spot to walk to (15 mins from the resort)! Great breakfast food! We love to walk to the Malecon after and do some shopping at the flea market!
El Barracuda (lunch)
The only way to do this is to sit on the beach, a bucket of mini coronas, and lobster roll with fries! They only take cash!
Pepes tacos (lunch)
Great tacos for great prices!
La Posta (dinner)
Great pasta place and good for happy hour cocktails! Right on the Malecon! Solange typically orders a pizza and Dylan likes their risotto! More on the casual side!
La Doce Vita, Malecon (dinner)
Make sure to let your driver know it's the one on the Malecon. The birthplace of the carajillo! Solange typically orders a pizza and Dylans oder is the fussili braccio di ferro! Super great Italian food. More on the casual side!
Serrano Grill, on the hill (dinner)
Make sure to tell your driver to take you to the one on the hill! This place is great for steaks! For an app we love to order the Argentina empanadas. Fun for even just a cocktail and an app! Views are incredible. Great place to dress up for :)
Blue Shrimp (dinner)
Located on the beach. Fun place to dress up for with fun views! We typically order the shrimp boat and order their Don Julio margaritas! Its located near a bunch of other restaurants to go to for after dinner cocktails :)
El Palomar De Los Gonzales (dinner)
Intimate place for dinner, good place for a dressier night. STUNNING views! Great for sunset.
La Capella (dinner)
Great restaurant with BEAUTIFUL views! Make reservations a couple weeks ahead of time if you decide you want to have dinner here - they book up quickly! Fancier place so wear your fancy pants! Sunset is the best time to have dinner. They also have a bar area with the same views if you decide you want to just have a cocktail. :)
