One option is to fly into St. Thomas, USVI and ferry over to Tortola. We've seen flights on Spirit for as low as $180 and other standard airlines for around $450 from MSY. If you go this route, we recommend landing in St. Thomas no later than 2:00pm on Thursday to make the last ferry out and flying out no earlier than noon to make it back to the airport in time. Another option is to stay in St. Thomas on Thursday night, and take the first ferry out Friday morning to arrive for the boat day welcome party (guests to leave Long Bay, Tortola at 11am). You also may choose to stay in St. Thomas Sunday night to fly out early Monday morning. More details about the ferry and staying in St. Thomas can be found below.
Flight
Another option is to fly directly into Tortola's Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport. This is the more expensive option if you fly direct from Miami, but it is definitely the most convenient. You avoid the ferry with this option. A cheaper way to do this is to fly into San Juan, Puerto Rico, then to Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport. This will save you around $500, but you do add an additional stop and have to go through security again.

Travel Note
If you stay in St. Thomas, we recommend The Pink Palm Hotel and to eat at their restaurant onsite. Note - there are no ubers or lyfts on the island. Taxi drivers aren't always the most reliable. If you share your travel details with us, we'll do everything we can to have the rides arranged for you.
