Where can I book a room at the resort?

Answer

Please visit the resort website for information on booking. (https://www.excellenceresorts.com/cancun/excellence-playa-mujeres/) You may be able to find deals by bundling the resort with your flight.

How long should I book the room?

Answer

We ask that guests arrive no earlier than November 24th. You may stay at the resort for as long as you desire. (We plan on staying until November 30th.)

Is the wedding going to be outdoors?

Answer

Yes, both the wedding and reception will be outdoors. The venues should be mostly covered to provide shade. In case of rain, there is a backup location indoors.

How do we get to the resort from the airport?

Answer

If you book directly from the resort website, a free private airport shuttle should be included (with at least a 3-night stay). Another option is to search for airport shuttle/taxi services that will meet you at the airport when you arrive and take you to the resort.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 26th. We totally understand if you are unable to make the trip to attend, so please let us know ASAP.

Should I book my room before I RSVP?

Answer

Yes, please book a room before you RSVP, and then provide us with your booking confirmation number.

Can I stay at another resort and just attend the wedding?

Answer

The resort requires at least 90% of our guests to stay at Excellence Playa Mujeres. If for any reason, you require staying at another resort, please contact us before booking anything.

Can I bring a child or baby?

Answer

Sorry, but because Excellence Playa Mujeres is an adults-only resort, children and babies are not allowed to attend the wedding.
