Sohrab and Madaline are truly a modern romance— they met on a dating app! What began as a busy grad student texting a local young professional between classes turned into hours-long conversations, cooking and baking together, endless inside jokes, and eventually moving to Colorado and then Chicago together! If you think that’s a whirlwind, you would be correct, but as they say, “when you know, you know.” The first time Sohrab made her a grilled cheese, Madaline knew. They are now the proud owners of two cats, 6 plants, and so, so many cookbooks. They cannot wait to be married, and can’t wait to celebrate their joy with you!
