We're so excited to share a few of our favorite places with you! If you have rented a car, we highly recommend checking out some of the places in Detroit below. Otherwise, feel free to stay in the Birmingham area and check out the downtown.
Eastern Market

Eastern Market is the country's largest open-air market and is open every Saturday. Visiting the market is one of our favorite weekend activities. If you stop by, be sure to get some Mystic Kettle popcorn.
Mexicantown

One of our favorite date night activities is getting tacos in Southwest Detroit from the many food trucks in the area. Our favorite food trucks include Tacos El Caballo, Tacos El Tapatio, and Taco Madre. If you'd prefer a sit down restaurant, our favorites are Taqueria Lupitas, El Asador, and El Barzon.
