Answer

We recommend arriving by 4:30pm to ensure you have enough time to valet your car, take a cute pic, and find a good seat for the ceremony. The ceremony begins promptly at 5pm. Unfortunately, anyone who arrives after 5pm will not be allowed into the venue until the ceremony has ended at 5:30pm. And trust me, you don’t want to miss it!

Let’s keep the party going! The formal wedding events will end by 10:30pm. There will be an after party held inside the house from 10:30pm - 1:00am. Everyone is welcome to stay and continue the celebration!

There will be complimentary shuttles available to take people back to the Hyatt Regency Reston Hotel departing the venue at 10:45pm; 12:00am; and 1:00am. Thank you to the fabulous Reston Limo! There are also Ubers available in the area or you may choose to drive and utilize our complimentary valet parking. FYI: valet closes at 11:30pm so you will have to walk across the street to get your car after that time.

The Dress Code is Formal/Black Tie Optional. Tuxedos or dark suits and gowns or floor-length dresses. Colorful dresses are welcome! For those who prefer not to match the wedding party, the bridesmaids will be wearing black, but you are welcome to wear black as well. As long as you don’t wear white! ;)

The ceremony will be outdoors in the grass and will be followed by an indoor cocktail hour and tented reception. We recommend avoiding stilettos or pumps and instead opt for block heels, wedges, or flats. (Look fabulous at your own risk!)

Yes, there is complimentary valet parking for wedding guests on the day of the wedding. However, we highly recommend using a driver or ride-share service like Uber, Lyft, or Reston Limo. FYI: valet closes at 11:30pm so you will have to walk across the street to get your car after that time. There will be shuttles available to take people back to the Reston Town Center Hyatt Hotel at 10:45pm, 12:00am, and 1:00am.

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Please respect our wishes as we're trying to keep our wedding as intimate as possible. Thank you for understanding!
