The ceremony will start at 1500hrs so we suggest arriving anywhere between 1430-1445hrs so that you can park and get settled in your seats before the ceremony begins.
As much as we love children, with the exception of the flower girls making an appearance during the ceremony, this will be a child free event. We wanted to give all of the parents a chance to celebrate and have the night to themselves.
The bridesmaids will be wearing neutral fall coloured themed dresses, it will be a variation of greens and browns.
The venue allows us to dance the night away until 2300hrs. After that we must vacate the premise. If you need to leave your car parked overnight on the property that is not an issue, you can pick it up the next day.
We ask that you turn your phones off during the ceremony as it can interfere with the DJ's sound system. For some reason it can create a noise interference and make that loud screeching sound.... Once the ceremony is complete feel free to turn your cellphones back on and take as many pictures as you like!
With the exception of walking to and from your car, the entire event will be indoors. The venue does offer a patio area however it will be enclosed.
Due to venue limitations, the invites that were sent out prior to the wedding will name everyone who is invited to the event.
Your presence is our present. If you feel inclined to bring a gift we ask that it is in the form of a gift card. Some suggestions would be a gift card to a local restaurant, hotel on the island or for some sort of local experience like HAVN spa. We really just want to spend the day celebrating with our loved ones, that is all we need.
