What time should I arrive? Please arrive no later than 3:45pm, as the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Is the ceremony and reception at the same location? Yes! The ceremony will be held in an outdoor space at our venue, and the rest of the evening will be held inside the clubhouse. We were very lucky in finding a gorgeous location that offers a whole night of fun! How long will the celebration last? We request your beautiful faces to have fun with us from 3:30pm-8:30pm!
We are requesting a semi-formal attire. While we want our guests to be comfortable, we still want to see everyone looking stylish! Please consider the timing of the event, being in the late afternoon/evening, as it will be cool/cold once the sun goes down. If possible, please avoid olive green and spice (warm rust mauve/orange) colors, as those are the colors worn by the bridal party. There will be an example of those two colors in the gallery, found on this website!
Is there parking at the venue? Yes, there will be ample parking right outside the clubhouse for all guests. Will there be a driving or shuttle service available? We are not hiring any outside shuttle service, so if you are not wanting to bring your vehicle, we recommend uber, or carpool! Are there recommended hotels nearby? Yes, please see our travel section of this site to view our recommendations, or contact Sofia directly.
Can I bring a plus-one? Unfortunately, due to our venue size, only the people on the invitation are able to celebrate with us. If there are any concerns, please contact Sofia or Luke directly. Are kids welcome? Please please please bring your kiddos! We would love to celebrate our day with them. Just make sure to RSVP them as according to your invitation, so we can ensure they enjoy the day as much as we will!
Will there be a meal served? There will be a buffet style meal served during our reception portion of the evening! Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? We are more than happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please make them known to Sofia or Luke directly so we are able to accomplish any accommodations needed.
When should I RSVP by? Please RSVP within 6-8 weeks (August 15th or so) of our wedding date. *If we have not received an RSVP from you within 4 weeks of our day (September 2nd), regardless of a yes or no answer, we will consider you not coming. Please keep this in mind when making plans. How do I RSVP? When you receive your invitation, the backside should give you all of the information needed to RSVP. Just scan the QR code on the back of your invite, or see section titled RSVP of this website! What should I do if I can’t make it? We will be so incredibly sad if you are unable to make it, but we understand sometimes life has different plans for us. Please let us know as soon as you’re able to, by responding ‘no’ to the RSVP, or contacting either of us directly.
