How do I get up to Snowbowl?

Answer

Snowbowl is a ski mountain during the winter, so it's a bit of a drive from town (about 30 minutes up a mountain road). There is lots of parking at the venue, and anyone is welcome to drive. However, we have arranged a shuttle bus to pick guests up at two stops: 2:45 pm in Downtown Missoula and 3:10 pm at the Town Pump gas station at the bottom of Grant Creek (5310 Grant Creek Rd, Missoula, MT 59808). The shuttle bus will drive guests up the mountain, arriving to the venue about 30 minutes before the ceremony. The shuttle bus will take guests back down the mountain at the end of the ceremony, leaving the venue around 10:30 pm, stopping at the same two stops: the Town Pump and Downtown.

Pre-Ceremony: Champagne, lemonade, iced tea. Cocktail Hour: Assorted appetizers and specialty drinks. Dinner: Wood-fired pizzas* and salads. Cake: Raspberry & lemon white wine cake. Late-Night Bites: Assorted appetizers. We'll have an open bar all night! *Please contact Sofia (406 552 7815) if you or anyone in your party are gluten-free.
