Gaby is Sofia’s baby sister, Sofia still remember when Gaby was born and they brought her home and Gaby kept sticking her tongue out. Gaby is Sofia’s best friend, they love to share funny tiktoks, go out for boba and watch funny movies or shows together. Sofia’s loves their car rides together.

Ricky is Raiden's older brother and has been a lifelong role model. Attending college together brought them even closer, carpooling the drive to and from College Station and even sharing a vehicle for a semester. Though Ricky now lives in Iowa, they always make the most of their time together.

When Sofia and Raiden started dating, Sofia was so relieved to hear that he had a sister because he wouldn’t be so unaware of girl lore and being an older brother to sister usually makes for a kinder man. (which Raiden definitely is!) Sofia met Nicole very early into their relationship and as she has gotten to know Nicole, Sofia is very much looking forward to having a sweet, funny, ambitious, coffee shop connoisseur for a sister in law.
Cameron Ploch

Raiden and Cameron have been friends since sophomore year of high school and attended college together. Over the years, they bonded over their love of fitness and have stayed close through their love of traveling. Though Cameron lives in Florida now, they have made several trips together, including New York City and Japan.
Bethany McDowell

Bethany and Sofia’s friendship started freshman year at Schreiner University where they both were part of the Honors program. Their friendship soon grew, and they even became roommates sophomore year! Bethany has been one of Sofia’s biggest supports since then, offering wise words of advice, warm embraces, and lots of laughs. One of Sofia’s favorite memories with Bethany is their trip to Phoenix for their first half marathon where they finished the race together hand in hand.
Joseph Lopez

Joseph is Sofia's younger brother and Raiden's soon-to-be brother-in-law. When Sofia introduced Raiden to her family, it came as a surprise to Joseph, who had no idea Raiden existed. Since then, the two have grown close, and Raiden looks forward to continuing to build that bond. He also knows that any time spent with Joseph means he is going to laugh a lot, thanks to that distinct Lopez-sibling sense of humor.
Rosa Dyson

Rosa and Sofia have been friends since high school, staring their friendship on the high school dance team. Since then, they have embarked on many of life’s adventures from Bad Bunny concerts, road trips to remote national parks during quarantine, Rosa’s wedding where Sofia was the Maid of Honor, to baby showers and Rosa’s daughter’s first birthday. Rosa remains one of Sofia’s most trusted friends, always providing advice and a good time.

Raiden and Matt have been friends since 6th grade. Matt's house was practically a second home growing up, as they would spend the years playing football, basketball, video games, and games they made up around the house. They have stayed close through the years, and have been roommates on multiple occasions.
Lizbeth Silva

Lizbeth is Sofia’s cousin and one of her closest friends since they were babies. Sofia remembers playing barbies with Lizbeth when she visited her grandma. And she remembers long days together outside on their grandpas swing set, swinging so high that the whole swing would sway. Now they are much older, and Lizbeth is still one of Sofia’s closet friends, bonding at coffee dates and breakfast whenever Sofia is in town.

The first time Raiden and Sammy hung out was to see Puss In Boots in theaters together with a group of friends in middle school, though they did not get close until senior year of high school, when Sammy invited Raiden to a pizza party he hosted in his SUV after school. Since then, they have stayed close, and have been roommates on multiple occasions.
Leena Salinas

Leena and Sofia have known each other since they were babies. Leena’s family lives net door to Sofia’s grandparents and they grew up attending each other pinata parties and seeing each other on holiday’s, but their friendship really grew when they went on a spontaneous summer trip to New York City that was full of museums, dancing, hot subway rides and lots of thrifting and they’ve been close ever since.
Ryan Sczech

Raiden and Ryan have been friends since 6th grade. Throughout middle school they shared the weekly tradition of playing Madden then watching the NFL games at Ryan's house. They grew up a street over from each other, which made the frequent walk or bike ride to Ryan's house easy. They have stayed close over the years since.
Jasmine Rodriguez

Jasmine and Sofia’s friendship started through mutual friends and their bond was solidified on Jasmine’s birthday after a night of good food, drinks and dancing at the St. Mary’s strip. Weekly run club meet ups and late-night chats have been so meaningful to Sofia, who often feels surprised and moved with how close her and Jasmine are considering the short time they have know each other.
Tyler Unruh

Raiden and Tyler's friendship began when they would ride the bus home together in middle school. In high school, they worked together at Pizza Hut and would hang out after school, going to tutoring, the weight room, sporting events, UIL events, and anything else they could find. They have stayed close friends since.
Claudia Vasquez

Sofia met Claudia through some mutual friends and Sofia still remembers the first time they met; Claudia was very inclusive of everyone making it very apparent that she listens genuinely to everyone she meets. Claudia will often bring up small details in conversation that Sofia doesn’t even realize she told her. There is never a dull moment when they are together, Sofia and Claudia share the same sense of humor and often have little side jokes together at large group gathering.

Raiden and Mox became friends in 8th grade math class. One of Raiden's favorite memories with Mox was swimming with whale sharks in Cancún after their high school graduation. Since then, they have made countless new memories together.
