Florence is probably the best option as it is closer to the wedding venue (25 minutes). Arezzo is an hour away from Florence.
In Tuscany, September is generally a great time to visit, with the weather being pleasant. You can expect daytime temperatures to range from 22 to 28°C (72-82°F), while nighttime temperatures might drop to between 14 and 18°C (57-64°F).
