FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Saturday, July 5, 2025. Your timely response is important to us, as it helps us ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we unfortunately won’t be able to include you in our final guest count.

Question

Can I bring a plus one or my children to the wedding?

Answer

To keep our wedding intimate, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on your reservation join us. We are unable to accommodate additional plus ones or children, so if they do not appear on your RSVP page, we appreciate your understanding. Thank you for your love and support!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will have a semi-formal, whimsical garden party feel, and aloha attire is absolutely welcome! The ceremony and reception will take place on grass, so be mindful when selecting footwear!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

To ensure everyone has a chance to be seated and enjoy the moment, we will not be able to allow entry once the ceremony begins. We recommend arriving early to allow time for any unexpected delays or traffic, so you don’t miss a single moment of the celebration!

Question

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is an area available for parking at the entrance of the venue.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Please contact us ahead of time and we will be sure to provide assistance!

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Outdoors! There will be a large tent for the reception.

Question

HOW TO GET THERE

Answer

If you're not already upcountry, we highly recommend taking the route through Paia and up E Kuiaha Road. It's the easiest and least windy option, even though the map shows that it will take a few extra minutes on the map. The few extra minutes are worth it! The other routes will get you there, but you will encounter some very windy roads, hairpin turns, and narrow streets along the way. At Hanzawa’s store, continue on Awalau Road. Once you pass the coded neighborhood gate, drive straight ahead, and the decorated gate will be on your left.
