This is the one day of the year where we would like to see everyone dressed up! We kindly ask guests to wear semi-formal attire. This means suits or dress pants with jackets for men and cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or similar attire for women. Please no jeans. If you're unsure what to wear, copy and paste the following link for more information https://www.theknot.com/content/what-to-wear-semi-formal
Guests may start arriving at 4:15 pm. Please be at the venue by no later than 4:45 pm so you are able to find a seat in time for the ceremony to begin. To minimize distractions, late parties will not be permitted entrance to the ceremony and will be asked to wait until cocktail hour has begun. Thank you for understanding.
The ceremony will be open seating except for the front row which will be reserved for immediate family. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are seated with someone they know.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be taking place outside. Dinner and dancing will be indoors in an air-conditioned space. In the case of inclement weather, there is space indoors for everything.
We've hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture our day. So we can all enjoy and stay in the moment, we are asking for an unplugged ceremony. Please silence all devices and keep them put away during the ceremony. Feel free to take as many pictures you would like during cocktail hour and the reception.
While we love your little ones, only children listed on the invitation are invited.
Fortunately the venue has an abundance of free parking. Cars are permitted to be parked overnight. We have also reserved shuttles from the venue to both hotels starting at 10pm.
Please refer to our website's "Travel" section for hotel suggestions. There are no on-site accommodations available.
