Jared and Sofie had a classic CoVid romance: a cute message on a dating app, then Jared confessing that he wasn't moving to DC for a month! Sofie quickly got over her surprise, and this lead to 4 weeks of exchanging the best long and detailed messages during the peak of quarantine. By the time he moved, they knew it was something special. They wasted no time and decided to get brunch the day of his orientation (where he was teased for being WAY overdressed, but Sofie appreciated it!). Little did they know that this brunch would lead to so many more adventures: exploring DC, sharing holidays, concerts, sports games (Sofie would quickly learn about The Ohio State), and merging friends and family at every turn. After 3 years of dating, Jared surprised Sofie with a puzzle that said: Sofia, will you marry me? Sofie accidentally tortured Jared by insisting on doing the edges first, but she finally noticed the writing. Jared got revenge by making Sofie finish all the words of the 500 piece puzzle, before getting on one knee and asking if Sofie would spend the rest of her life with him. It was an easy answer for her- and they are so excited to get to create a lifetime of adventures, memories, and time with their loved ones.
