We are getting married!

We met in high school through our shared love of sports-Sofia cheered while Hayden played football and basketball, and we both ran track together. When COVID-19 hit, we grew really close and officially became a couple in the winter of Hayden's freshman year of college. After about four years of long-distance, we're so excited to finally close that gap and start this next chapter of our lives together.

During a weekend visit to Columbia, Hayden took me out for dinner featuring my favorite meal-steak and mashed potatoes. After a cozy dinner, we took a walk around Stephen's Lake, soaking in the moment. As we reached the dock, he got down on one knee and proposed. I said yes! We celebrated that evening with friends back at my apartment, surrounded by laughter and love, marking the start of our beautiful journey together.
