Where is the wedding and how long will it be?

Answer

Our wedding is located at Ohana Family Camp (341 Quinibeck road, Fairlee VT 05045). This is a 3 day (2-night) event that includes the welcome dinner, ceremony , cocktail hour, reception and a parting breakfast. There will also be activities and amenities at the location for our guest access throughout the time.

I am staying onsite, what is available to me?

Answer

If you are planning to join us and stay onsite for the 3 days than Hooray!! Once you have booked your cabin and identified who you would prefer to stay with, you will be assigned a space. All cabins have every similar layouts and amenities. Breakfast and lunches are included when you purchase your cabin. More details to come. You are also welcome to bring any foods or snacks that you would prefer to eat during the event.

Attire for event

Answer

As this is a outdoor event, please be sure to wear comfortable clothing while on the grounds; this includes good footwear. Ohana campgrounds offers the guest an array of different amenities including limited lake access, basketball, tennis court, lawn games, paddle boards, canoes, etc.. We will be reaching out to guest if there is any inclement weather but encourage guest to keep an eye on the weather in the area as well to ensure they have proper clothing and necessities. Guest may also bring swimsuits as well. Welcome dinner and Parting breakfast are all casual attire. Nothing fancy, just be you! During the ceremony and reception dinner, attire is cocktail although feel free to wear what feels most comfortable. Feel free to wear comfortable shoes that you can get around on the grounds with as there are many walking paths and lawn areas (high heals may be challenging).

Answer

This is an "Unplugged event", meaning there is no service or WIFI on site. We hoped that our guest can use this opportunity to leave there phones aside and enjoy the time with friend and family. Please contact the wedding party or staff for emergency uses or questions you may have regarding this.
