It can be a little bit tricky getting to Crook Point in Oregon but the beauty you'll experience along the coastline as you drive, makes up for it. For friends and family coming from out of state, here are some options: 1. Fly into North Bend, Oregon. and drive 1.5 hours south along the gorgeous coast to Crook Point/Brookings/Gold Beach area. 2. Fly into Medford, Oregon, rent a car and drive or uber/taxi for 2.5 hours west to Crook Point/Brookings/Gold Beach area. This drive is not as pretty as it is not along the coast. 3. Fly into Oakland, CA then get a separate flight to Crescent City, CA. That airport is called, Del Norte County Regional Airport at Jack McNamara Field (CEC) Here is the website for those flights: https://www.contourairlines.com Then you'll need to rent a car or uber/taxi to your airbnb or hotel from Crescent City. Brookings is 30 minutes north of Crescent City. Gold Beach is an hour north all along the Pacific Coast Hwy which is absolutely worth the drive.
