We’re so excited to celebrate with you all this summer! Since we’ve traveled to the Açores many times from different locations, we wanted to share a few helpful tips to make your journey easier.
First and most importantly, please plan to fly into Pico Airport (PIX). Another option is to fly into Horta Airport (HOR) on Faial Island and take the ferry to Pico. Most flights will include a stop in either Terceira (TER) or São Miguel (PDL) — both beautiful islands worth visiting, but not where our ceremony will take place.
For guests flying from the U.S., the best international departure cities are usually New York or Boston. For example, flying directly from the airport in Minnessota can often be longer and more expensive than booking a separate flight to Boston or New York and flying to the Açores from there.
For all the days along the way
