Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30PM. Please arrive at the venue NO later than 15 minutes before the ceremony (guests should be seated and have bubbles in their hand by 4:15 PM); you can arrive as early as 3:30 PM. This will allow time for you to park (unless you are taxing or have other transportation), sign guestbooks, grab bubbles, and find your seat. If you arrive after the start of the ceremony at 4:30PM, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until the start of cocktail hour to enter. Please follow the wedding signs as you are driving to the venue! There is plenty of car parking available at our venue
Although we will wish it didn't have to end our big day will finish at 10:00 PM, when all guests who are not staying at the venue will be required to leave. We will have our grand exit to send off the Bride and Groom with light sticks at 8:30 PM.
Due to a limited capacity we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one it will be addressed on your invitation and RSVP card.
We can't wait to celebrate with all of you and would love for everyone to dress up with us! We're requesting semi-formal to formal attire for the evening. For men, this could mean suits, sports coats, or dress pants with a tie or bow tie. For women, floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy jumpsuits would be perfect. *For women, please refrain from wearing white. We want everyone to feel comfortable and enjoy the elegance of the occasion. Please note that we are having an outdoor ceremony and reception.
Yes, we are only able to invite the children of our immediate family and friends to our wedding. We hope you understand and can still join us on our special day! We hope you enjoy this opportunity for a fun, relaxing evening! We look forward to celebrating this special day with you!
We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this amazing moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like. There will be an I SPY game to capture some moments we may have missed for y’all to scan to upload photos and videos with us! A Photo Booth and an Audio guestbook will also be present!
We would kindly ask that no pictures of the newly weds are uploaded onto social media before we get a chance to make our first announcement as husband and wife!
Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. We plan on having a chef making fresh tacos on stand by for us. Steak, chicken and chorizo tacos will be the main dishes that will be provided. Also pasta and salad. There will be cake and desserts for everyone immediately following after.
Yes, beers, champagne or wine, and soft drinks are on us! We're thrilled to share that there will be an open bar throughout the entire event, including self serving beverages, to ensure everyone has a delightful experience. We can't wait to celebrate with you! So let's keep the celebration hassle-free and enjoyable for everyone!
