We recommend aiming for 2-3 ferries prior to the ceremony time, as sometimes there is a line at the Edmonds port. 12:40pm, 1:35 pm, 2:35 pm (last one to make it in time for ceremony) There is commonly a 1-2 hour ferry wait on weekends so please plan accordingly. We highly recommend coming over a little extra early and enjoying some time in the area beforehand, making it a little day trip or weekend getaway !
Our ceremony will promptly begin at 4:00pm, we kindly request you plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to find your way to the ceremony area and get settled. We encourage arriving even earlier as the botanical gardens are open for you to wander prior as well!
We are requiring RSVP by April 1st as we have to turn our final numbers into our catering company. If you don’t RSVP at this time we will assume you can’t join.
As much as we love your little ones, We kindly request no little ones at the event. We would like you to treat this night as a date night! Dinner and drinks on us!
We are having a semi formal garden party wedding! Men in suits or slacks with button ups and woman in semi formal/cocktail attire. We recommend walkable heels for the ladies as some of the venue is natural garden/trail walkways. We encourage all the beautiful garden colors to enhance the gorgeous backdrop of our venue. No jeans or shorts please.
Due to limited ceremony space we ask that only those expressly named on the invite attend the event. If you received a plus one they will be named under your RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, as we want you all to be present with us and also allow our lovely photographer, Shae,to get all the best angles! However, upon completion of the ceremony we highly encourage it. We will even have QR codes out for a link that allows you to use your phone as a Polaroid! Please share all your best photos with us !
