For convenience: DCA For direct flights to non-major cities: IAD For cheapest flights: BWI **Keep in mind when booking that IAD and BWI are about a 45 minute drive from DC and will run you between $50-$60 by Uber. You can take Amtrak up to BWI, but again, that is an additional cost.
